Mystery Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
23 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 pt. chocolate whipped cream
Preparation

Beat well egg whites.
Add sugar slowly.
Continue beating until mixture stands in firm peaks.
Fold into egg mixture Ritz crackers, rolled fine and walnuts, cut fine.
Pour into buttered pie pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool; spread chocolate whipped cream, leaving edge bare.
Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
