Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix (with pudding in it)
    13 oz. evaporated milk
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 pkg. caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend cake mix, butter and 1 cup milk. Spread half of the batter in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
