Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. Bisquick or self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small can creamed corn
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil or melted butter
    1 green onion
    1 jalapeno pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt to taste
    1 c. grated Cheddar
Preparation
    In food processor, chop onion and jalapeno pepper.
    Add sugar, chili powder, salt and Cheddar.
    Coat large, cast-iron frypan with bacon grease.
    Pour in all mixed ingredients and bake at 375\u00b0 about 30 to 40 minutes.
