Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1 sliced onion
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Flour, salt and pepper livers.
    Saute in 2 tablespoons Wesson oil.
    Remove livers.
    Wilt onion in skillet.
    Add water and lemon pepper.
    Let simmer a few minutes.
    Add livers, sour cream and parsley.
    Heat and serve over toast points or rice.
