Trout Amandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 to 8 oz.) trout filets
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lemon, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Season cleaned trout with salt and pepper.
    Coat lightly with flour and saute in hot oil until trout is golden on both sides. Drain oil from pan.
    Add butter and brown almonds slightly.
    Pour over trout.
    Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
