Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 bottle red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding vinegar and vanilla last.
    Mix well.
    Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Ice with cream cheese icing.
