Grasshopper Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    32 large marshmallows
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. creme de menthe
    3 Tbsp. white creme ce cacao
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
    few drops green food color (optional)
Preparation
    Heat chocolate chips and shortening over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Line 12 medium (2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups. Swirl 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture in each cup with back of spoon to coat bottom and side.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Fill in with remaining chocolate.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Carefully remove paper baking cups from chocolate shells.
    Return shells to muffin cups.
