Whole Wheat Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. shortening
2 c. whole wheat flour
4 to 5 Tbsp. cold water
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine flour and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough pulls away from bowl and forms a ball.
