Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. chopped pecans, divided
    assorted crackers
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth.
    Gently stir in pineapple, green pepper, onions, seasonings and 1/2 cup nuts. Turn out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining nuts.
    Serve with crackers.
