Lemon Herb Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 1/2 lb.) Rock Cornish hens, split in half lengthwise
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
    2 tsp. Wyler's or Steero chicken flavor instant bouillon or 2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed
Preparation
    Season hens lightly with salt and pepper.
    In small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in oil until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer 10 minutes.
    Grill hens until tender and crisp, about 1 hour, turning and basting frequently with sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 4 servings.
