Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vinegar
2 oz. red food coloring
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream sugar and cooking oil.
Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add vinegar and food coloring; beat well.
Sift dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to creamed ingredients.
Add vanilla and beat well.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool before icing.
