Oriental Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. thin spaghetti
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up or lemon lime
    1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 lb. can mixed chop suey vegetables, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti and heat oil in large skillet.
    Add meat, onion, celery and green pepper.
    Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until red color is out of meat and vegetables are slightly soft.
    Stir in tomato paste, 7-Up, catsup and thyme.
    Add thyme, mushrooms, vegetables and salt.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
