Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, salad oil and eggs.
    Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Mix into creamed mixture.
    Add grated carrots, pecan nuts and coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until when toothpick is placed into cake it comes out clean.
