Cheesecake Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    vanilla wafers
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth.
    Place a vanilla wafer into cupcake liner and pour mixture over wafers.
    Fill 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
