Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt

Preparation

Cream the first 4 ingredients together. Sift flour and add the rest of the dry ingredients to the flour. Add all dry ingredients to the creamed ingredients.
