Dandelion Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. young dandelion greens
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    pinch of dill weed
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Place washed greens in salad bowl.
    Combine the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan.
    Bring slowly to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Pour over dandelion greens.
    Mix well and serve hot.
