Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed (Ore-Ida recommended)
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    butter
Preparation
    Butter baking dish; add potatoes. Saute onion; add cheese.
    Mix soup, sour cream and salt and add to mixture.
    Pour on top of potatoes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
