Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. lemon
1 pt. whole milk
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can evaporated milk
2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Preparation

Mix all and strain, except for beaten egg whites.
Fold in last and pour in two 9-inch pie shells.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
