Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 small green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard, salt and Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots; drain and place in layers in glass roasting pan or large Corning pan.
    Top with thinly sliced onion and green pepper.
    Repeat layering.
    Mix other ingredients; pour over carrots.
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Taste improves with age.
    Serves 8 to 10.
