Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. Crisco
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Crisco
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Blend together the 3 tablespoons Crisco, 1/3 cup sugar, egg and 1 teaspoon salt. Sift 1 1/2 cups flour with the baking powder. Add milk and mix. Spread in greased 9-inch square cake pan.
