Curried Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes (2 lb.), cooked
    1 1/2 c. cooked, cut green beans
    1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/16 tsp. ground white pepper
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut into 1/2-inch cubes (makes about 5 cups). Place in a small bowl with green beans.
    Combine yogurt, salt, curry powder, garlic powder, white pepper and turmeric.
    Pour over potatoes; toss to coat.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    7 cups.
