Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. rhubarb
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients well; add rhubarb.
    Top with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
