Sour Cream Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked yellow squash
    3 carrots, grated
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can pimento, cut up
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except butter.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Melt butter and pour over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
