Fruit Slush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt
2 tsp. sugar (optional)
1/2 c. frozen blueberries *
1/2 c. frozen raspberries (not in syrup) *
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

*May substitute with strawberries, blackberries, peaches or any fresh fruit, such as banana and pears.
