Lemon Cheese Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
3 c. sugar
3 large lemons
1/2 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar well.
Add grated rind and juice of lemons.
Beat eggs well.
Add sugar and flour gradually, beating hard after each addition.
Add butter and place in double boiler; cook until thick.
When cool, spread between layers.
