Best Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. buttermilk
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 c. flour
1/2 c. All-Bran cereal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. raisins or nuts
Preparation

Combine oats, flour, wheat flour, cereal, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, combine egg, oil, molasses, buttermilk and pineapple.
Pour into the dry mixture and blend until all particles are moistened.
Stir in raisins or nuts. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
