Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 small jar pimentos (optional)
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients
and
cover.
Store in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
