Oven Meatball Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb hamburger
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. milk
1 slightly beaten egg
2 c. tomato juice
diced potatoes
carrots (as desired)
onions (as desired)
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix hamburger, onion, green pepper, cornmeal, salt, dry mustard and chili
powder; shape into meatballs.
Brown in hot fat.
Place in
casserole
dish.
Add
flour to fat in skillet and tomato juice;
pour over meatballs.
Place vegetables with meatballs.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
