Seafood Newburg(This Recipe Has Been Altered For Low Calorie Diets.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, diluted to equal 3 c.
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Eggbeaters (egg substitute)
    1 1/2 lb. imitation crab, cut up in small pieces
    2 (4.5 oz.) jars sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 bunch green onions, finely minced (optional)
    1/2 tsp. Adolph's salt substitute
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Make a white sauce of the margarine, flour and milk.
    Bring just to boiling and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Stir slowly to keep mixture cooking evenly.
    (Do not overcook as sauce will curdle.)
    Add imitation crab, mushrooms, onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
    Serve over hot buttermilk biscuits. Serves 12.
