Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
2 slices bacon, fried
1 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 qt. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of fat from bacon.
Place cut up potatoes, crumbled bacon, onion and enough water in pan to cook potatoes until tender.
When they are tender, add milk, butter, salt and pepper.
