Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground beef
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 egg; beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk for 5 minutes.
    Cook onion in oleo until tender. Combine meat, crumbs, egg, onion, parsley and seasoning. Beat till fluffy with mixer, about 5 minutes.
    Form into balls and brown in oleo.
    Remove meatballs.
