Tortilla Vegetable Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) soft cream cheese
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/4 c. chopped red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all together and refrigerate 2 hours.
    Heat 8-inch tortillas in microwave on High 5 to 10 seconds to soften.
    Spread each with 1 to 2 tablespoons mixture and roll up jelly roll style. Cut in slices to serve.
