Heavenly Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. shortening
2/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. orange extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
sifted powdered sugar

Preparation

Cream butter and shortening.
Gradually add 2/3 cup sugar and flavorings, beating until light and fluffy.
Gradually add flour; beat well.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove immediately from cookie sheets and roll in powdered sugar. Cool and roll again in powdered sugar.
Yields about 3 1/2 dozen.
