Hungarian Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets.
    When cool, clean and slice in rings.
    Slice hard-boiled eggs in rings.
    Melt butter in small pan.
    In casserole, layer potatoes, eggs, salt and pepper and small amount of butter.
    Continue layering until all ingredients are used.
    Top with sour cream.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or lightly browned.
