Pecans Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cracker crumbs (saltines or Hi Ho)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar, baking powder and vanilla.
    Beat and mix well.
    Fold in nuts and crumbs.
    Mix carefully and pour into a well-greased 9-inch pie pan (I use Pam). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool for 2 hours.
    Top with whipped cream and pecans.
    Makes at least 6 servings.
    Very good; very easy.
