Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 heaping Tbsp. self-rising meal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Grease a heavy pan well.
Sprinkle with meal.
Heat pan slightly.
Mix all ingredients well and pour into heated pan. Bake at 450\u00b0 about 25 to 30 minutes.
