Sally Lunn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar together.
    Add the beaten eggs. Add the milk alternately with sifted dry ingredients.
    Pour into a small roasting pan or 2 pie pans and bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
