Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
6 egg yolks
1 c. lime juice
2 cans (14-oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp. grated lime rind
Preparation

Beat egg yolks, add lime juice, condensed milk, and lime rind; mix well.
Pour into pie shell and freeze.
Remove from freezer and spread with whipped cream.
Let sit five minutes before serving.
