Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
2 c. warm water
6 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, place first four ingredients; stir.
Add warm water; stir.
Allow mixture to set 5 minutes; stir.
Add 4 of the 6 cups of flour to make stiff dough.
On floured board, knead in remainder of flour until lumps are gone and dough has elasticity.
Place dough back into mixing bowl.
Cover and let rise in warm place until dough has doubled in size.
