Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream together oil and sugar; beat in eggs.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add to first ingredients and mix well.
Then add apples and pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours in tube cake pan.
