Gillie'S Cheesy Egg Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. quick yellow grits
    1 to 2 eggs
    1/4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Stir grits into boiling water.
    Return to boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Stir in egg(s).
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    When 1 minute left to cook, stir in cheese.
    Serve hot topped with pat of butter or margarine and toast on side.
    Makes 1 serving. Multiply accordingly.
