Shrimp Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 large shelled shrimp
    1 large onion, cut layers into 1-inch pieces
    24 small whole mushrooms
    red, green and yellow peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Marinate in teriyaki sauce for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Thread onto 12 skewers and broil or grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning often. Serve with seasoned or white rice.
