Calabacita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    garlic
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp, remove and drain.
    Season beef with salt, pepper and garlic.
    Saute with onion in bacon drippings.
    Add catsup, tomatoes (mashed) and zucchini.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese and top with crumbled bacon. Serves 6.
