Spinach With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can spinach, drained
    1 small grated onion or 2 Tbsp. powdered garlic
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese or more
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    If spinach is fresh or frozen, cook then drain.
    Chop spinach in mixing bowl and add all other ingredients.
    Bake in greased (lightly) casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Do not overcook.
    It will separate.
