Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. broccoli spears
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery (we usually omit this)
1/4 c. margarine
8 oz. regular Cheez Whiz
1 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook broccoli.
Saute onions and celery.
Add margarine until soft.
Drain broccoli and chop.
Add onions and celery to Minute rice, cheese and soup.
(I saute the onions and celery in the margarine that the recipe calls for.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
