Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Italian sausage
3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 to 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 medium onions, minced
2 Tbsp. marjoram
2 Tbsp. oregano leaves
2 Tbsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
10 cloves garlic, minced
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Brown sausage.
Add onion and garlic.
Herbs may be added at this time to enhance the flavor.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 2 to 4 hours.
Yield:
3 to 4 meals.
