Pasta Ala Williams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pepperoni
    green peppers
    1 onion
    olive oil
    Prego sauce (tomatoes and basil)
    ridged mostaccioli
    shredded Mozzarella
    Parmesan and Romano cheese
Preparation
    Chop
    green
    peppers
    and
    onion.
    Cook in 1 tablespoon olive oil
    until\tsoftened.
    Cook
    noodles
    as directed, then drain noodles.
    Add
    a little sauce to the bottom of the pan. Add a layer of noodles, then sauce, then onion and peppers and pepperoni and
    layer of cheese.
    Layer again, then cover with Mozzarella. Bake
    at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until cheese is brown.
    Serve with Italian bread.
