Cherries Jubilee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large scoops ice cream
    1/2 c. Bing cherries with juice
    1/4 tsp. cornstarch
    dash of cinnamon
    1/2 oz. brandy
    1 oz. Kirsch
Preparation
    Put ice cream in dessert bowls.
    Store in freezer.
    In large saucepan, mix cherries with juice, cornstarch and cinnamon.
    Stir over low heat until clear and slightly thick.
    Add brandy and Kirsch.
    Pour cherries and sauce over ice cream.
    Serve.
