Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 slices white bread
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. bouillon
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry onions in butter until golden brown.
    Soak bread in 1/2 cup milk.
    Combine ground meat with fried onions, soaked bread, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Roll into 1-inch balls and fry in butter or oil until evenly browned.
    Shake pan often to keep ball round. Remove meatballs; add flour to fat and blend.
    Add bouillon and milk; cook until sauce is smooth and thickened.
    Add meatballs; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve over noodles.
