Fresh Pesto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh basil leaves or parsley or spinach, washed and drained
    2 garlic cloves
    1/2 c. walnuts
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Combine fresh leaves and garlic in a food processor.
    Blend into a fine paste, scraping sides often.
    Add walnuts and cheese. Process until smooth, but slightly grainy.
    Pour olive oil through feed tube slowly with machine running.
    Mix until smooth.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
    Use within one month.
    Store in refrigerator.
